We’re delighted to announce that the website for our new Josephine project is now online!
This new building will be Landimmo’s very first new development in the Parc Landewyck, which is also part of the development of the new Nei Hollerich district. There will be around 4,200 sqm of office space, 400 sqm of retail space and 11,000 sqm of residential space (gross floor area).
Ideally located close to all public transport (the new tram stop will be right next to the building).
Josephine, will be one of the only projects that borders directly on the park. All surfaces are designed in such a way that the park can also be felt in the interior of the buildings. The greenery on the façades with many plants on the balconies of the apartments and large office terraces facing the green inner courtyard and the adjacent park.
The delivery of the building is scheduled for 2027/2028.
