This new 15.600 sqm (gross floor area) DGNB-certified building will include flats, offices and shops, and will be the first project to be built in the Parc Landewyck, part of PAP Nei Hollerich in Luxembourg City.
The name of the building was chosen as a tribute to Josephine van Landewyck, wife of Jean-Pierre Heintz, founder of the Landewyck group, a Luxembourg family business since 1847 and of which Landimmo Real Estate is a part.
The Josephine project will be adjacent to the Landewyck Building and will be built to create a respectful transition with the existing listed building.
The surfaces are designed so that the park is also visible inside the building. By planting the roofs, balconies and terraces, a fluid transition is created between the building and the park. The purpose of planting is to improve sun protection on the façades, promote soundproofing and have a beneficial effect on the microclimate and biodiversity.
