Ettelbruck

At the southern entrance to the city of Ettelbruck, between the railway line and the N7 road, is an area of 2 hectares that belongs to Landimmo Real Estate. Today, it is home to a Gulf petrol station with a shop, a business park, the 43 Office Building (rented to CHNP).

Until early 2021, a tobacco factory was also present. This was relocated to the new Fridhaff site in mid-2020. At the beginning of 2023, Landimmo Real Estate began developing a new BREEAM-certified building, the new “Centre Administratif Nordstad” (Ettelbruck ONE), to be delivered by mid-2026. With a total gross floor area of 19,000 sqm, it will offer a balance of offices, shops and restaurants.
