We are pleased to present our new “Joséphine” project, an attractive residential, office and retail building that combines economic and sustainable aspects as well as a high quality of use.
This project will be the very first new building to be developed by Landimmo in Parc Landewyck, which is also part of the development of the new Nei Hollerich district.
There will be around 5,000 sqm of offices, 500 sqm of retail and 10,000 sqm of residential space (gross floor area).
We launched an architectural competition a few months ago and selected Witry & Witry to carry out the project. We look forward to working together!
“Joséphine” building, will be one of the only projects that borders directly on the park. All surfaces are designed in such a way that the park can also be felt in the interior of the buildings. The greenery on the façades with many plants on the balconies of the apartments and large office terraces facing the green inner courtyard and the adjacent park.
The name “Joséphine” was chosen as a tribute to the wife of Jean-Pierre Heintz, founder of the Heintz van Landewyck tobacco factory, now an international company, of which Landimmo is a part.
