As part of the development of the new Nei Hollerich district, we will be deconstructing our Hall 9 located on the Parc Landewyck site.
The aim of this project is to create a link between Rue Joseph Heintz and the Alsace bridge. The company Xardel is in charge of the deconstruction.
The pipes are currently being removed and the clearing out of the building is ongoing, which is an important step in the deconstruction process. This involves removing everything that is not concrete and steel, which will then be recycled. Parts of the concrete will be used for land modeling.
Works to deconstruct the structure will start in mid-October and the entire project completion is scheduled for January 2025.
