The Bauhärepräis, awarded every four years by the national OAI – Ordre des Architectes et des Ingénieurs-Conseils, under the High Patronage of His Royal Highness the Grand Duke, recognizes private or public developers who have succeeded in showcasing high-quality architecture, engineering and town planning to enhance the quality of our lives.
The Bauhärepräis OAI 2024 was an impressive success this year, with the submission of 301 applications!
The prizes are divided into nine categories and we are proud to announce that the Landewyck Building received yesterday the prize in the category “Administrative Building / Workplace / Health” with overall 45 entries, and nominated in two further categories: “Courage of the project owner” and “Heritage”.
