Landimmo has contributed to the reshape and modernisation of the Hollerich based office space of Heintz van Landewyck, also part of the Landewyck Group.
Landimmo has been responsible for designing the interior spaces and overseeing the project from A to Z.
The aim was to create a warm contemporary atmosphere, in order to offer employees a more comfortable and cosy working environment, pending their move in a few years’ time to the new Josephine project.
A new cafeteria has been installed to replace the old one on the ground floor, in an industrial style with wood/steel tones and an exposed ceiling. The main meeting rooms are now on the ground floor.
