Cleaning and depollution works have started on the conversion of our old workshop located next to the Landewyck Building in Hollerich.
The completely refurbished areas of phase 1 will be used as office spaces and the phase 2 will host an innovative bar/restaurant.
We are delighted to be working on this new project with the architectural firm CBA Architects, the engineers of HLG ingénieurs conseils, ENERVENTIS, and Sandra Leidner Conceptstudio.
