Next door to the Landewyck building, the “Hufeisen” was one of the first properties to be constructed on the site in 1847. Before it became the home of Landimmo Real Estate, it was the first tobacco factory in Hollerich, belonging to Heintz van Landewyck. The conversion work started in 2017 and was completed in 2018.
