From the historic tobacco factory to the pioneering modernist building: giving new impetus to the Luxembourg Nordstad, an architecturally expressive building is being created that will be ready for occupancy by mid-2026.
Divided into two sections, the 20,000 sqm office and commercial site will comprise modern and sustainable units over 4 or 7 floors. Gastronomy and retail will complement and liven up the striking opening building of the new Ettelbrück business area.
